yesterday i dropped off the first draft of my manuscript to CHRONICLE BOOKS ! what a cool COOL office they have . . . it oozes with creativity. i am thrilled to be making this book with them. you can follow along the journey on wilma’s instagram and facebook pages. she will eventually be giving away FREE signed copies of her book !
we had a fun family day today. we went for a long walk by the water and played in the grasses all afternoon.
i hope you all had a sweet valentine’s day. i know I did. my mom took me to my favorite store in the world . . . GEORGE ! i got to pick out anything i wanted. she said i was like a kid in a candy store. it was a very sweet day.

i had my first meeting with my team from CHRONICLE BOOKS ! everyone was so nice and they really listened to my ideas about my upcoming book. but the best part was all the leftover MANCHEGO CHEESE i got to eat ! i’m hoping for MANY more meetings in the future ! burp.
