this is what summer tastes like to me. even though summer is OVER, we here in the bay area are notoriously blessed with an indian summer. it has actually been ridiculously hot for the past few weeks. i am more than ready for some chilly weather, especially since santa’s workshop has opened early this year and my kiln is firing around the clock. pass me a popsicle . . .

it actually feels a lot like the show i had in the south of france this summer !
this is some of the work that will be at my upcoming show. my little army is marching over to roscoe ceramic gallery. i love seeing the whole “family” together . . . my babies, by children, my tribe !

i’m packing up my work to set up my show tomorrow at ROSCOE CERAMIC GALLERY. it’s nice to see all the work together that i’ve made in the past four years. i’m going to have a hard time parting with many of them. i feel really attached to a lot of this work, especially since i hand carried them all back from france !
some people start their day with a bowl of cereal. i start mine with a bowl of porcelain leaves.

yep. it is “THAT” time of year already. santa’s workshop is open extra early because i have a lot of great venues coming up. stay tuned . . .

the opening for my show “made in france” is next friday october 3rd. please join me at the reception at ROSCOE CERAMIC GALLERY from 6:00 – 9:00. it will be a rare opportunity to purchase the work that i actually made in france . . . and it falls on the night of the oakland art murmur (so it should be a very lively night) !
this is what really gets me going in the morning: water, espresso, and tea.

i am not your typical “pink” girl, but lately i can not get ENOUGH of this COLOR. i recently purchased a running top in this color and i think it’s the only thing that gets me running these days !
